Finally I was able to create my account on PR Tracker. IRCC seems to have updated the site and what help me was adding the place of birth exactly as in your passport. If it has city and state please add both. Also for name if there is only one name write it in Given Name field. Hope this helps.

How were you able to register in PR tracker, I was able to link in GC Key but not register in PR tracker.

same here there is a line where is says mentioned above but there is nothing on visa office

same scenario but actually you can leave given name blank but cannot leave fsmily name atleast you have to add space or write blank. So try it the other way and see if it works. Mine is still not working though
