You and I applied at around the same time. Our application has passed for whatever reason. I always believe our application would be done around Nov. or Dec. base on other Manila app timelines. So maybe you may need to wait a little bit more. I have never called CIC, but there is nothing wrong...

ChellyTorred For me they asked for fees and meds. But I did see some posts here where CIC ask applicants to submit their Meds when they are close to approval. Some applicants went ahead and did their meds anyway. If I am not helping much, hope someone else here can help you :(

ChellyTorred, They ask for Medicals and fees when they acknowledge to you they have received your application to sponsor your spouse They will send email to the Sponsor, I assume that you are the sponsor? hope that helps
