CIC has changed their automatic voice options to " ... we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes and are unable to connect you to an agent..." !!! It's been like that since this morning. Has anyone successfully connected to an agent yet?

I don't think they did. From the looks of it, they only verified my education and occupation and that was back in april. And its been sitting at that until now. I certainly hope we don't become those files that become dusty and people forget about :\

Guys! I got my GCMS Notes yesterday. I am a CEC Inland applicant. But my primary office has been set to New Delhi and like others no activity since April. Has anyone else seen this? My understanding was that inland applicants get processed at Ottawa. Let me know if my understanding is wrong.

Did you get any positive response? I tried a few days back and obviously since my AOR was less than six months(19th JAN), they were not able to give me much info.
