Self Administered Oaths!
They should create a AI-bot of Charles and the PM and they can virtually administer the oath on demand anytime once the documentation is completed. :cool:- mark56

If you check other months, usually BG completed within a week of FP recd. Worst case it takes a month. Since your wife's file seems to be completed, I would expect your BG and LPP to be done within the week and then oath scheduled. So congrats!- mark56

Second finger print request
Am assuming that you did the first FP through RCMP. Call RCMP to confirm the date they sent the fingerprint to IRCC. And add a webform request to IRCC to ask them if they have received the fingerprints or not (before re-doing it).- mark56
