    doesnt matter. Your experience can be in varied NOCs. You should apply under NOC B as it has 3 yrs and you will get max points on work experience if u apply under it. Your disclosing all jobs wont effect your applications. Does your last degree go with NOCB?

    your answer to q2and 3: not 100% sure on this but points are maxed after 3 years of experience. Your experience can have multiple NOCs too but primary NOC should just be one. You can have 3 yrs experience in NOC A, 3 in NOC B and so on but your primary NOC can only be either A, B or C Q4...

    If you have hard copy then upload it via CSE. No harm in being safe as i have heard the same that soft copies have been rejected. I dont believe it though because ideally both of them should be the same and CIC doesnt mention anywhere about uploading hard or soft copies

    Originals are essential. I think you can get Indian PCC from the embassy in Canada. And I wouldnt suggest taking an agent's route because for PCC you have to be present yourself.
