Hi @Jaynimz, I got the credentials today, and I already submitted the photo, address, and declaration. They said the photo must be taken in the last 6 months, so I went out to take a new one

I received the e-mail request yesterday from Etobicoke, I hope it doensn't take too long just to receive the credentials, otherwise this whole thing doesn't make any sense.

It's a very confusing sentence (at least for me). So, they took 3 Months to process 80% of the applications received between 10 and 16 May 2020?

It seems like the process of creating a PDF File after the application is approved it's not connected with the backend systems.

AOR May 13, location: Toronto. Biometrics appointment booked for me and wife for October 29.

The phone thing doesn't make sense for me. Why not just open the appointment system gradually in phases, based on the AOR date? or even more clever, why not just open an outdoor tent somewhere in GTA just for biometrics appointments?

Agree with you, I'm pretty sure the percentage of people who need to give biometrics is bigger. Would be nice if everyone that put the name in the spreadsheet add also the information about the biometric exemption, with that we can have some idea of what the percentage would be...
