    Even if u dont have social security number that will not affect ur application.Currently FBI takes 10-12 weeks to process FBI PCC.Please apply to FBI pcc asap and by the time u get ITA and not able to provide FBI pcc just write LOE that u have submitted the application for FBI PCC and attach...
