Agreed, but the federal officers might have access to your application submitted to SINP and they can look at the job description provided to SINP

I think it is totally dependent upon the visa officer/immigration officer. Some occupations have overlapping responsibilities and SINP officers do take care of job responsibilities but sometimes CIC officer may identify that such NOC job description is not matching. I think one should give...

I agree with ggirl. you should submit your application as soon as possible and can submit documents later also via email. There is no harm in it. Also, if you have mark sheets then just scan them and upload it. you are not required to submit transcripts.

You will be able to submit the application but once it will be under review, immigration officer will identify that same person has submitted two applications and one application will be rejected. So its better wait for the outcome of EE and if its not successful then only you should submit OID...

I also had the same question. I asked to one experienced person and he told me that we can not apply two applications at a time. I have the OID application ready but cant submit it.

If your supervisor can not use the company letter head than talk to HR and tell them to provide you your JD which is a very common HR practice in all the industries/organizations. All HR make JD for each employee so am sure they would have prepared one for you too.

the SINP 500 Applicant pool was filled within 2 hours of its opening..

This is closed now. For country like India, due to time zone difference people have to stay awake till 5 am. This intake was opened at 4:30 am and was closed within 2 hours. I had applied at 2:30 am in night but its worth that my application is under In Process status now. Good luck to all...
