Hi Guys, Need urgent help. My friend who was principal applicant, received his passport stamped with PR visa, but he did not do landing. Unfortunately he died before landing. Question is can his spouse still land and get PR? She does not have any work experience in Canada.

I delivered my pp on 4th july, i sent on June 29th but got delivered on 4th July due to road closures

you should get by next week... it might have got delayed because of long weeknd

They said the same thing to me.. expect something by June end or july 1st week. Although everything is done on the file

What does CIC say to you for the delay?

My 1st GCMS note did say, eligibility passed, but the second said Not started. So if you really want to know if all eligilibility is passed and no docs are required any more.. then at the end of gcms notes.. it will be mentioned R10 check completed, R11.2 meets requirement
