Hi all I'm wondering about the ID part of the online test. My wife used her PR card as a ID, but it mentions about having to have a signature on the card. Can someone tell me if the name under the photo is considered a signature. Thanks

She has another test invite to do it online, it came on the same email. I'm not to worried, my guess it was only a glitch.

Yes we only found out today. I did not check the tracker unfortunately.

The picture was perfect and the lighting was good as well, my guess it was something on there end.

Well we just got a email stating that my wife's citizen test results are not valid due to a technical difficulty or id not shown. Everything was in order on our end, I'm not sure what happened. She's pretty upset.

This is the first time posting here. My wife who applied for citizenship, in April last year received her test invite last week. The test is to be done online and we received the request by email. We live in Newfoundland, which could be a shorter processing time. Best of luck to all

Yes mine has still yet to be updated. Even though I have my visa and all is left is to land in Canada.

The expiration on my wife's visa is Oct 13 the time of the medical exam was done.

I sent the passport off to them with DHL. When its done they will tell me. Then i will send DHL to pick it up and send it to what ever DHL office i wish. Hope this helps.
