That makes sense. In my personal experience as well, Canadian government is very good with addressing urgent requests. I didn't need any urgent processing so hoping if not tomorrow, I'll hear something sometime this week. Good luck with your travels!

Thanks for the update! I/my parents haven't received any calls as far as I'm aware but I check the status couple of times a day. Haven't seen anything online. Did you also get an online update (I'm assuming you applied online). Hopefully my parents' passport timeline is the same as yours.

My parents' biometrics status was updated the day they did it so it shouldn't be taking so long for your mom's information to be processed.
