Correction: the instruction is actually a part of PDF. Not body text. But only 1 attachment (PDF) for instruction and medical request form.

There are 2 things in the email 1) Instructions on where to take medical exams (a URL link to cic website) for registered dr., as well as what to bring (this is just body text in the email) 2) PDF form with name, and UCI number. The PDF form is for Dr. and has to bring it along with the...

@zigzag Also just out of curiosity: according to your post (which I really appreciated!).. it's an all in or all out situation. Either they will keep it and no refund until a final decision is made. So why they refunded - half of the RPRF (490$)? If refund RPRF fees, shouldn't they refund...

@Zigzag: Understood. but I paid 980 which 490*2 (RPRF) for my parents. So my question is why only half of it is returned? Not sure where 550$ coming from in your thread though.. because two number won't match. (490+550.. isn't matching to 980$ I paid, right?)
