Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office Sure it's possible. In fact it's probably better that he sends it from Toronto since the Case Processing Centre is located in Mississauga, just 30 min west of Toronto. It'll get there quicker and courier fees will be cheaper too.
