Ex-Wife (sponsor) wants me out of Canada

Would this issue also come up if she applied to sponser her new partner regardless of whether I gave up my PR or not? If I DO give up my PR, does that enable her to try and sponser her new partner immediatly? Also, I think she is already going to have a hell of a time proving legit...

Ex-Wife (sponsor) wants me out of Canada

So I have a problem that I need some assistance with. After I landed in Canada on a non-conditional PR, my relationship with my Wife sponser started to get rocky (from my point of view anyway) about 4-5 months after landing. I didn't want the divorce, she did and this whole thing has been...

    PPR Request

If you have fedex... the easiest way is just put the return fedex envelope in with your PPR documents. Just put the return label on the return envelope, and then fold the return envelope in half and stuff it in the envelope your using to give them the documents they request. It's how I did it...

Worried that my application will be denied for whatever reason.

You read enough horror stories, and well... it's enough to make anybody worried. It's just important to remember most horror stories are rare cases and the vast majority go through without a hitch. Charmander5, in all seriousness you sound like you have enough to submit an app and you'll...

Just found out wife is pregnant... So now I have to fill-in "dependents"?

You can typically skip it for concerns of the unborn child... just have your doctor write a note as to why. Bonus, you can use the child as an additional proof of relationship. I sincerely doubt CIC would refuse you because you didn't blast your child with X-Rays...

Police Certificate for Non-Accompanying family members

oh the memories... instead of WhatsApp, we use Line. Similiar 2000 pages thing. What I did was pick 2 random messages (one from me and one from her) on each day and cut out the rest of the messages for that day and included a quick letter prefacing that is what I did to our line chat logs. It...

Police Certificate for Non-Accompanying family members

Our app was about 500ish pages.... :P Mailed the application in a box. There was no restrictions like that, and it was wording like "Submit all evidence, including emails, letters, etc." I guess they realized they were being so open ended with the evidence requests that they were causing...

Police Certificate for Non-Accompanying family members

The FBI thing? At the time we were filling out the application, CIC did not allow third party channelers, and so it took 6 MONTHS because the FBI is so backlogged. We opened up the letters to make sure everything was correct and just put them in with the evidence using the checklist. The wording...

Police Certificate for Non-Accompanying family members

I'm the principal applicant for outland like you. I also interpreted it as meaning my parents and brother needed police certificates even though they weren't applying. I've heard it said both ways, yes you include them, no you don't. We played it safe and got the police certificates for them...

question regarding ppr submission in Ottawa and change in situation..

The child isn't born yet? pfffft, I wouldn't bother mentioning the child at this point if you didn't mention it in the original application as evidence of relationship. But that's just my opinion.

question regarding ppr submission in Ottawa and change in situation..

As I recall, the instructions said any child being brought into canada needed to be at least mentioned in the application as well... existing, even if the child is not immigrating. Example, my wife (canadian) and I have a son together. My wife sent in the paperwork to naturalize him as a...
