For people who had their AOR on Jan/2016, the PPR rain was on the first week of June. I believe our group (AOR on Feb/2016) will only start to receive PPR on the first week of August. People who got rejected are rejected during the same period of the PPR rain?

That's so unfair. It's so much harder to get PPR thru Federal program than thru these provintial ones ... But good to them, anyways. At least someone is getting PPR
