Thats good news. This means the Visa officer is satisfied with your application. The next step are the background checks. If you haven't given any fraudulent documents, or lied in your application or had a criminal history, your chances of approval are very high.

Don't worry, I had the same problem like you. I gave a brand new passport with just 2 stamps and that didnt matter :p i got the visa anyway. I spoke to a Canadian embassy representative and he told that this doesn't matter as they have travel history access if needed

Unless you lied in your application, had a criminal history or overstayed in any countries, your chances of approval are very good. Unless your application was submitted to the Nigerian visa office, alot of weird rejection cases...

I got my Student visa. I heard that you should show some documents at the airport to the border officer to get your study permit. And one of them is the proof of funds. Should I show cash? or bank accounts and my parents salary statements? Thanks

I dont think so because they have access to your travel history if need be. But it would delay the process.
