Finally, I was invited for citizenship ceremony on January 10. I had sent multiple emails and webforms. I have always been at the Winnipeg office and this email came from them as well.

You need to look at each provincial programme to determine where ur NOC is in demand. Ur score seem low, why not look at upping ur IELTS score to push u above 400.Best wishes

He Hey Dammie, I am in IP1 also for 17 days now. Curious on why it is taking so long. Are u a Nigerian? Seems more Nigerians are spending a little longer time in IP1 from my observation of several timelines.
