In online, you have the option of providing them with the link where you uploaded the doc, but in paper application you dont have such option. So you would have to send the marriage certi again.

Send the copies again and mention that you had already sent it to them in the earlier file as well. These to and fro tend to happen.

I dont think you should lose hope. Were all the times the reason of refusal was personal assets and finances? and watever assets you mentioned were all they in your name or your family members name?

The job category should be NOC A, B or 0.

Apart from funds you need to show other proofs as well including immovable properties, car , mutual funds, shares, other investments,etc . Only showing funds in account is not sufficient.

For your application since your employer has applied LMIA , i dont think you would need to worry much.
