In online, you have the option of providing them with the link where you uploaded the doc, but in paper application you dont have such option. So you would have to send the marriage certi again.

Apart from funds you need to show other proofs as well including immovable properties, car , mutual funds, shares, other investments,etc . Only showing funds in account is not sufficient.
Your children cannot study on a TRV. TRV does not have any study or work authorisations. You would need to apply for their study permit separately. A consultant or a senior member here can guide you if you can apply from inside canada or outside canada.
For your application since your employer has applied LMIA , i dont think you would need to worry much. However for your Common Law Partner your job needs to be NOC skill A, B or 0 for her to qualify for a work permit. She also needs to prove strong ties to home cpuntry. So my suggestion would be...
