I am in a waiting process. I've sent all forms and now I am waiting for a decision.

If PEI decide that they are interested in you they will send you a request (usually it takes 10 days) to fill immigration forms (you should fill it within 30 days). After receiving forms from you the PEI Government will make a decision to nominate you. I sincerely wish you good luck.
