This sounds really stupid, I would suggest you to approach CIC either through Web Form or call centre and ask for details in writing. You should also ask your MP that becuase there was a miscommunication from CIC office and they have wasted your 4 months so this requirement should be waived...

Hi ... I don;t think if you apply for EI it will impact your application any way...My advice to you will be to get back into your job asap.... do any part time job/ weekend jobs to maintain your salary... As you have already filed your application so there are chances CIC won't ask you for...

It doesnt matter if your spouse is a cosigner or not in your application, you need to count him in family size calculation.

As per my under standing whatever the current family members a person is having.... he has to show sufficient income for all of them for previous 3 years, so doesnt matter if your family size was 3 in 2013 and 4 in 2014 and 2015, as of now if your family size is 4 so you need to show enough...

As you got married in 2016, so your family size is 4 now so you have to show suffiecient income for 4 persons from 2013 onwards.

Please try by giving Principal Applicant's full name as first name and leaving last name as blank

For 13 n 14 your family size was 4 so you need to show income for 4 ppl only, for 2015 you need to show income for 5.

Hi There isnt any requirement that you can only sponsor your parents while they are outside Canada, you can even sponsor them while they r in Canada on a Vistor visa or Supervisa. just make sure you provide the correct address for communication when you file your application.
