Yes, did upfront Oct. 6, 2016, then received my RPRF today Oct. 17, 2016. Submitted online payment receipt (RPRF FEE) to my visa office and received confirmation after a few minutes.

Thanks. Did not receive MR as well because I did upfront Medical on Oct. 6, 2016. VO is Manila Office.

No AOR but here's what I got today Oct. 17, 2016 I just received email from my visa office re RPRF!!! Yahoo! To GOD be the Glory!!
