Not really sure what to tell you. I think a lot of this nuances depend on the officer's discretion. If I were you, I would try to get o hold of any document showing actual salary received and upload it via CSE.

If your reference letter supports work experience claimed in EE profile (period worked, duties matching NOC, salary mentioned, hours per week, etc.), your score will not be recalculated.

Never heard of anyone being refused after A11.2 MET/R10 OK. There have, however, been very few applicants refused after being asked to pay for RPRF which is usually requested after eligibility is deemed passed.
