    At any point you need to be carrying both your old and new passports. As far as Passport request, I sent in both my old and new passports. My old passport number was in the application. They stamped on the new one and sent it across.

    It was pretty smooth We drove on Rainbow bridge during the midnight. Zero traffic. An officer issued the refusal letter and there is no stamping or anything on our passports; then sent us back on the same route to the Canada Border. We carried passports; COPRs and proof of funds, T4s, Bank...
