Previously applied my parents' TRV through GC Key on October 20 2020 but the application was still in process. Applied again for my parents' TRV on November 23 2022. Biometrics done on December 2 and everything else is still in process.

Agreed but in express entry there are no points for relatives in Canada. I had 475 points and none of the point is from my relatives in canada. Your precious advice will be much appreciated
