Just checked on myCIC. My application status is updated to approved. Hopefully will receive PR card soon. No update on my wife’s application though.

Congratulations. Were you tracking your application on MyCIC account online? Did the application status changed to Approved a few days ago?

Photos received by CIC on Oct 11. No updates yet. Anyone around this timeline has any updates?

I'd not recommend sending the photos to any other address unless someone verifies it. Send it to the one on your letter. Where are you sending it from? If in Canada, send it via registered post. It reaches in 3-5 days and you can track it.

I received an e-mail.

You never know. I got mine in an email. For my daughter, it was a letter. For my wife, it was nothing. I had to call IRCC to check the status and that's when i got to know that her photos are required.

My photos were received on Oct 11. Still waiting. This is the second time they requested for my photos. I landed on May 11

Called up IRCC today. Presently processing photos received on Oct 5.

Exact same case for me. My pics were received on July 24th too. I called them last week and they said that my account has an update from Sep 4 that says that my photos were received and nothing after that.
