Well I still can't believe that 1200 applications were closed within 5 min. It may be possible that there's a glitch on SINP website or maybe people were prompt enough to submit it. If it's the latter then tough times ahead for SINP applicants

A question here. What do you mean by fund conversion on 22nd Oct? Did you get new bank statements and had sent them over the mail or did u changed the amount in CAD on their Site based on that day's exchange rate? Could you please elaborate on the steps for that. Thanks!

The intake has closed, however, the authorities haven't yet updated their site, as its night time for them. The window had stayed open throughout their business hours, but now it has lapsed.

Ideally, you should have uploaded all docs, as the window for OID is still open. I don't want to be a killjoy but my application was returned even though I had emailed them the documents. So I suggest send them a mailer with all the documents on a daily basis.
