Guys please help, Wondering if the application for my parents gets approved & they don’t get to stay that very long in Canada, say, less than 2 years in a 5 year period, can they renew their permanent residency statuses by virtue of me being here? Thanks guys.

I experience same thing every time I try to log-in. I'm able to access my account only after about 5+ tries. Any one has a clue on how to resolve this? Sent a complaint & after following the steps they said I should, the issue still persists.
