You guys are no alone... skilled professionals who add value to the province. :) I know some individuals who come here after 2014 to study, got a work permit... and got enough points for EE application. Guess what? They now have a PR and we.. well we keep seeing more EE applicants getting PR...

Every time you feel bad about your timeline... remember that there is at least one Dec 2015 applicant still waiting for Medicals and that CIC call centre mention that everything is progressing normally. I would love to be waiting just for DM or BG... etc... Going for IELTs soon... new path...

Called CIC tons of times and they keep saying that tings are moving ahead as it should be. Believe it or not, contradicting all the others in this forum.. Dec Applicant here still waiting for MR. I am preparing my docs for applying to E.E., given such scenario... at least the some years...

I am going to do the same, trust me. Waiting for Paper based and common sense from cic it's just a waste of time at this stage. Sad to see that these are the rules of the game, but I do encourage you to go forward. Paper based applicants who were nominated are literally left in the LIMBO...

I am exact on the same situation and a friend of mine just called me for celebrating that he got his PR and his application took only 4 months through EE. It is really frustrating to watch all this happening and watch your application sitting in pile while others are just getting everything so...

Medical request?

RCMP is one of the jurisdictions where you have been that background checks are performed. Expect the same to happen on all countries based listed on your travel list. CIC wants to make sure that you are a nice in/out of Canada.

yup several times and they confirmed it will still be requested. Not having luck with the MR request.

I hope you guys are in a better shape, but Dec applicant here still waiting for medicals while some Nov are now walking to PPR. Lovely consistency that CIC keeps... really frustrated! :o So, does anyone here has good news to share?
