Yes I went there today for my family's ceremony and the certificate was awarded there itself.

Thanks @Toronto1971 , surely will look out for instructions in the invitation. My family has in person oath next week at Scarborough. May be they have started with both options for Scarborough... will confirm though on invitation.

Looking at the reply above yours, calling IRCC comes down to the same standard reply of waiting. I believe we can see some movement in apps from Mar-May test completion, so I would suggest to wait for sometime more. I think they'll ultimately delete our email if we send to enquire for updates...

Greetings!! I applied for my parents visitors visa in Mar 2021 but still in process. There wasn't any travel exemption in the application specifically when they applied. I believe you are applying for a travel exemption on an eTA already raised for your sister? Because it is kind of confusing...
