Hi all, I know a certain people (couple) , who are planning to do a marriage of convenience to get PR. The thing is, yes it is none of my business, but I feel it is terribly unfair, as people have to invest significant time, money, education and the list goes on, just to be able to settle here...

I guess if you come to Canada as QSW, I lived in Quebec for 7 years lol. I have invested enough. Time to ahead where prospects are better.

Sounds like the correct decision would be to weather out in QC, a friend of mine from college basically moved and started working in Vancouver, according to him, he did not encounter any problems. Which makes me wonder how does CIC know if you moved or started working somewhere else
