2 days back Sponsorship application status changed to decision made. Anybody who got this status change first and after that got PR application status decision made in gap of few days/weeks? Just curious. I am Feb 24, 2016 applicant.

You can't. Hospital has to forward docs to CIC.

I filed my application on feb 25 for pr and CIC already acknowledged police clearance and landing fees. I am wondering if should wait...

I filed both visitor visa and PR in last week of feb. Got email from VFS to collect passport AS I FILED PAPER APPLICATION FOR VISA.

I received email from cic asking for police clearance and right of permanent residence fees (landing fees) on April 14. Any idea how long they will take to make decision for passport request.
