Hello, In the email its a full instructions given if the applicant is in Canada they can send passport to Ottawa....they have instructions for VFS India and on the next page for applicant who are already in Canada instructions are given for them...so no need to worry....

Just want to share good news with you guys my wife received the PPR today January 14th 2016 applicant....and also in the email its mentioned that visa will be valid till december 6th as her medical is expiring on the same date....they said make ur travel arrangements accordingly....

there is no separate department.....what the student visa department is going to do in January to June...and then in sept, oct anothing....its the same people.....well thats my guess....I might be wrong.....but from the forum....I find out process get slow 2-3 months before the classes are...

My wife got a visa for 9 years as her passport is expiring in 2025 up to the passport expiry date...Its multiple entry....you have a very good reason to apply for visitor visa...I can say go for it....I applied online....explain everything in detail and provide all the proof of what you are...

Its not about straight forward cases....don't know about their exact criteria...how they are picking the files...I am Jan 2016 applicant....straight forward case....didn't heard anything back after AOR2.....I applied for TRV online in August last and got it approved in 7 days...no one exactly...

the application form you don't need to sign it and then scan it and upload it....just completely fill the form.....I put the marriage pics and all other ceremonies pics in one word document and then upload it. photo for visa you can also upload there separately.....No affidavits.......

Yes....including the photo.....and you don't need to sign the forms you just fillup all the fields and upload....at the end after paying fees they will ask you check the checkbox which means that you are signing all the forms...

You can apply online. Its a very simple and easy process. Provide as many proofs as you can. Explain every single thing in detail. All you need to do is convince visa officer that your spouse will go back to india and you have sufficient funds. In my case spouse is not working and no bank...

Hello Arsh I applied for TRV online on August 30 and got message on Sept 7th to submit the passport and my wife got visa today on passport for 10 years.

Jan 14 file applied. Can't link my application as representative is there. I applied online for TRV all by my own and got TRV today for 10 years.

Yes I am Jan 14 applicant still waiting.....but good thing is I applied for my spouse TRV online and it get approved in 5 days...tmrrw she will receive her passport with TRV on it.....but for PR visa I am still waiting....Jan 14, 2016 applicant

Hi Harkiran, Use your husband UCI number and application number which you use got in AOR2 from NDVO with that fill out passport information...you don't need to fill place of birth its OR there and then where it intend to live last part of the page and it will definitely find the application.
