Hi there! My PR card had expired since FEB 2014 and I have spent about one year during the five years. I know that I don't meet the RO. I am not planning to return to Canada now, but I want to know how can I return to Canada.

So can my son sponsor me? If yes,can he as well sponsor his smaller brother? My son is 23 years old and by 2019, he will obtain a bachelor degree in Dentistry.
