There is hope guys!! We got our passport request today after almost a year of waiting and praying!!

Our application has been in the system for almost 9 months now with no updates. I'm hoping this will speed it up. Additionally, we were nominated by Ontario; which apparently has a longer wait time too. Will call for an update.

I haven't received one either. We submitted in August 2017 and uploaded all documents pertaining to his diagnosis. We have received 2 request for additional documents; none of which are related to my son. We are simply waiting now.

I would take it. If you paid that much money for it...why waste it? Additionally, you would have a wait to retake the IELTS test which I assume would put you past the deadline to accept the nomination. I got nominated as well but haven't submitted my application as yet so I can't guide on the...

Call the OINP's office tomorrow and they should be able to help you. They should be able to state if the application has been submitted or not. (416) 327-0374

You're lucky. I applied on March 13th and it's still saying submitted. I'm about ready to get my money back...people who applied long after me got nominated - how is that possible? If they want specific people then stop sending to everyone. I'm over it, my money would still be in my account...

But that makes no sense. The whole point of going through OINP is to get an ITA...which I got. The application is still saying submitted.

Thanks for your reply!! I meant if me having a OINP application would make them reject my PGWP application. I'm not sure if I shouldn't accept the NOI as I may never get this chance again. I'm so confused!!

Are we required to upload job letters for our work experience or do we just list them for now?

They just issued a notice stating they have increased the application deadline to 14 days. I can breath a little better now
