I am really not sure. Either Moscow or Warsaw. I live in Moscow and submiited my passport to Moscow Canadian Visa Center, but in the request letter it was stated that I any of my personal circumstances had changed I needed to inform Warsaw office about them.

I don't remember by heart... But all titles and periods of employment must be the same in all places.

Of course, before submission eARP you need to make changes in your EE profile and job bank so that you have the same job title everywhere.
