no , you dont need to decline it . As much i have read , once you receive ITA your profile is freezed . So even if your age point reduces post receiving ITA , that does not mean your point decreases. Your crs points are freezed since the day you receive the ITA

did you create an Express Entry profile and registered and where thjey both active ? If yes , then yup you will receive an ITA today . Congrats !!

Yeah . That's what I thought , recreating whole GC key seemed a bit unnecessary . BTW if we are getting ITA's . We are getting it together dear friend . I am at 435 as well. :) Cheers!!
