just find out the nearest walk in with xerox of ppr and 2 photgraphs as per instructions in ppr and all ur passports in case u have more than one . just pay fee and u r done

see buddy may be most people are just silently following these discussions . Now its like all of a sudden status is changed so got lot of doubts, just to ask them , may be all are creating their accounts. this is my case , i have been following since december 2015 but got my account today.
