Don't worry, in London Visa Office they don't have time watch and clocks, time stops there especially for applicants from Pakistan, so have patience and wait now.

N No need to courier them, uploading is sufficient. What more you can do, email LVO to confirm if they have received desired documents, they will reply you for this, at least.
