Our appeal was allowed by ADR September 2017. My husband didn't get his PR until March 2019. Unfortunately he was in a long security.

I think our background starting end of January 2018...then was chosen for SS and sent to local office where they requested more documents. Which we sent in may 2017....I'm guessing anywhere from 8-12 months

We didn't have a hearing . I sent evidence in advance and that alone won our case

My husband was refused from Tunisia but we appealed and won...we just got passport request a few days ago. Have faith . Message me with any wquestion

No we applied 2016...upfront medical. Refused because they did not thibk marriage was real. We appealed Won appeal and file reopened Oct 27. 2017...did forms again medical etc... And it's been in security since june/"July 2017.

Yeah I hear you. My appeal was won September 2017... Still no PR. I also belueve we went through strict screening because file started in Ottawa and then transferred overseas.

But again I don't really know for sure cic leaves alot of security info and procedures out
