For my May Application I submitted my supporting docs in two lots in feb and march and I got my 2nd AOR today (May 20) almost after a year .. from Buffalo VO. Can some one tell me what will be next step now?

its getting cazy now.. today my status changed back to "Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review" till yesterday it was showing CIO NS instead of Buffalo VO... looks like its some bug in the system. :-X

Thank you Mark.. Guys like you make my day:-) ...I hope we all get 2nd AOR soon.. uncertainty is killing me.. and unfortunately it looks like the whole process end to end will take more than a year now.

atleast it shows pending review at the visa office you guys have send to.. for my case I am not sure why it went to Nova Scotia, Sydney rather than Buffalo office.. I am suspecting a rejection :( :-[ ::)

Well I have the same issue too.. I am May applicant and Submitted my supporting doc to Buffalo VO and now my status also has this additional info that my application is in pending review in nova scotia in C-50 office . Any one else with the same issue? what does this actually means ::)

seniors please help... I am currently working in USA and an Indian citizen.. I have applied for FSW1 and currently awaiting 2nd AOR from buffalo office.. What happens If i move back to India for good.. Can the VO buffalo office transfer case to delhi? will it effect the application time lines...

guys what is the wait time to get 2nd aor at VO buffalo? any clue....I was approaching 120 deadline this 24th Feb and my application has been delivered this 16th feb.. i hope I am ok with the deadline.

Thanks Umari and bilaltaj for your response.. for new born it takes 2 months to get passport in US (it is still under process) and PCC I will send it later as per your suggestion.. but do i need to wait for 2nd AOR before sending any additional doc? some where i read that don't send any...

Just a frndly advice.. don't count on getting in states on H1b visa at your own will .. they are getting a lot strict at POE.. so I hope u can get a valid business reason to fly back and get things sorted out.

Though I am not 100% sure I believe you will have to request to transfer your application to VO Delhi.Lets see if any one has better idea in this forum.
