    Same as you. Raised a CSE two weeks ago asking if they have received my police certificate. No reply. Couldn't call IRCC as I am not in Canada. I don't know what I can do anymore. It is really frustrating.

    If you are currently in HK, all you have to do is to bring the request letter, application forms and your HKID/passport to Wan Chai Police Headquarter. HKP will send out the CNCC directly to Canadian authority.

    I have called five to six medical offices in the last two days in Vancouver areas. Only two of them answered. The earliest I can get is Jan 11th. Everything else is ready for me. Kinda frustrated to wait for that long.

    I don't know why they wont copy the Australian time stamp system to issue ITA. Candidate who submitted their profiles can lock in their time. When the draw happens, people who submitted their profiles before this time and date will be selected even if they share the exact same points.

    You need to receive ITA and then AOR to apply for BOWP. There is no extension for PGWP. You should do little more research.

    They want to know if your program is ESL(English as a second language) or FSL ( French as a second language). The answer is obviously a "No" on your case (Master degree graduate). Have a good weekend. I hope you get PR soon.
