Well it not about your ppr request its all about your ecas or cic status if your status is decision made you get passports with in 15 days and if your status is in process then wait for your passports

Yup i am also received ppr from canadiam embassy pakistan after decision made...well my status changed after 3 weeks and i got passport back with visa stamo :D after 2 weeks to the date of status changed in process to decision made
