Paper application includes a minor Mailed on Apr 2nd Delivered on Apr 6th I haven’t received AOR yet till today May 13th, is it normal?

Any body knows how could send the form through that fax? I tried to fax it but never work through. Fax is faster and more efficient so I hope I can fax the solemn declaration rather than mail it.

You are right. No need to. I didn't know it until I called IRCC. I just need them mail my passport back. I got digital COPR alredy after I called IRCC in December.

I sent them to Vancouver office. Linked to my account and found that the application has been existing since the day we became a PR. The linked application just has a application number but empty inside, no files there until they open your mail I guess.

They process US applicant really fast. For inland applicant, we have been waiting for months for returning our passports, but no updates still...

I am waiting for my original (1st) PR card and I just successfully linked my application to my account. Could anyone explain what does this step matter to the whole processing? And what next I should expect?

Thank you for your reply. This is frustrating. Which immigation office did you mail to? Have you asked Canada Post where is your parcel now? I am wondering if I need to use Fedex or Puralaor to mail one more set to see what's gonna happen.

Guys, I used Xpresspost to mail my photo out to Vancouver Immigration on December 12th. But Canada post tracking website always shows that my parcel is still on the way. It has been lots of time but no updates... I am really worried. Called Canada Post but they said it's under investigation...

Canada Post is unacceptably slow recently. I sent my photos out on December 12th, from a inland town to Vancouver, normally 3 business days, but it has been 10 days now, no f* expecting delivery day available from Canada Post now. Very frustrating. My husband who is outside of Canada is waiting...
