Not necessarily. You might be processed by Ottawa, but as you reside in Brazil, you are requested to send passports to your local VO. But anyway, happy for you! :D And hope to get the golden email today as well!

Congratulations, GusCunha!! This is normal, many people see no change in their profiles. It may change later after they stamp your visa and issue COPR. What's your VO?? Ottawa? Congrats, CCMA!! Let it rain!!!
