That's a good score. You might get an ITA even without a nomination soon. Just wait for the scores to drop. Going by the trend of increasing ITAs, there should be a drop soon. Are you filing by yourself or through a representative/consultant

Yeah. You need to get an notification of intrest in your MY CIC account. But check for your eligibility as well. Btw. Intake for each draw is increasing so there are good chances that the scores will drop in the coming few draws. What's your CRS score?

AFAIK, You can get nominated without a license. Check out the requirements for Ontario immigration nomination program. OINP is the only one that nominates dentists as well without a valid job offer or licensing

Once you land, you can put the PR card process in motion. Give an address to the CIC and they will mail the PR card to that address. Getting a PR card can take from 30 to 90 days depending on the province. Ideally you are not supposed to travel out of the country during that period...
