Wait for the request, you cannot do it before as you will need the letter when you go to fingerprints agency. I surely hope you are one of the few lucky ones and you won't get that 2nd request!

Hello, from my experience it takes about 3 business days for RCMP to clear you and mail the results to Vancouver, which takes more than 2 weeks to reach them. You can email RCMP to ask about status and when they mailed your results so you can get a good estimate of when IRCC should receive it...

Can anyone please confirm if receiving a 2nd fingerprints request means they are going to re-do all background/security checks again even though they were completed the first time just because fingerprints have expired?
