Thanks. Would you know if when CIC mails their PR cards, will the recipient name of the mail be mine (principal applicant) or their name? I'm going to ask an acquaintance to receive the mail, but I am not sure if all the PR cards will be send to me or to each member of the familly.

UPS or FedEx are both fine. Make sure you print the return label from home because they won't be able to generate the label from the store.

It's been exactly a month since I went IP2, everything is passed but not finalized yet. I've noticed that people that got their application transferred to LVO got theirs application approved faster than US residents that get their processed in Ottawa.

The PharmD is completed in 4 years but you're required to complete a bachelor prior to PharmD which adds another 4 years. Thinking about it I should have gone to MD which is also 4 years lol

He may have stated travel to France after the issued date of the PCC. That's the only reason otherwise unless an error by the reviewing CIC agent. The French PCC is very straightforward, it's just blank if you have no criminal history on the issued date.
