Case notes would take a full 30 days in my experience and even though they probably query the information earlier, they will not send it to you until the 30 days are up.

One thing you can do is request your case notes and you can probably see why you were sent for secondary review. Regarding the reasons in spite of all the details you provided them, its hard to know as there is no real information on the criteria they choose to send a case for secondary review...
