Yes, you will probably be able to get 1 one year PGWP. However, keep in mind that the PGWP is a one time opportunity and that if your goal is PR, you should opt for a longer program. You won't get a job right away but ned at least one year of full time work experience for PR.

There is never a guarantee for a visa. Some people got it denied even if they had all the required documents etc. And no, it isn't a lottery. If you have all the necessary documents and have all the requirements it should be fine as long as you apply within the 90 days after graduation.

Yes, there are but there are only for landed immigrants such as refugees, permanent residents or canadian citizens. You can till challenge the registred nurse equivalency process and see if you diploma gets recognised. Each Province has their own registration process.
