Decision Made. April 10 Applicant

BGC Started on Oct 26. Never ordered GCMS. Emailed once. They replied it's pending review by visa officer. That was in November

Hopefully we will get PPR by the end of this month

I applied for Visitor visa on 4-dec . They refused it with below explanation. "your Permanent Resident visa will be issued sometime in January 2018". Is the visa officer sure about that or did he just put it for the sake of giving a reason.

Hi All. If the principal Applicant comes to Canada on a visitor visa and meanwhile receives PPR. Where can the passport be submitted? Do he/she need to go back to India for passport submission?
